Folklore 140: The Riverwheel Builder

The Riverwheel Builder searched Emeraldis for flowing water and offered a windmill if the settlement chose land without a river.

Little personal history survives. The record instead captures a practical kind of belonging: inspect the terrain, ask what neighbors are building, and shape one’s plan around the shared settlement.

The builder’s name was never entered into the roleplay register. The proposed wheel remains the identifying mark.
